Additional Costs
- Tourist tax: €4.50 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over)
- Final cleaning: charged separately
- Towel and bed linen fee:
- Towels: €7.50 per person per stay
- Bed linen: €7.50 per person per stay
These fees are not included in the accommodation price.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €250 in cash is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, subject to a careful inspection of the house.
Payment Terms
- Payment: 100% of the total amount must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the contracting party are subject to the following conditions:
- Up to 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
In case of valid reasons, we will make every effort to offer a rescheduling.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Key handover takes place directly at the house. Please inform us of your expected arrival time. - Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Additional Information
- The house has a private access road and on-site parking.
Arrival by Car
In Austria, winter tyres are mandatory during winter.
For your own safety, we strongly recommend carrying snow chains as well.
