The following services are included in the price: electricity, heating and water costs and Internet use.

The tourist tax

The tourist tax and the final cleaning will be charged extra:
€3 “local tax” per person per day for guests over 15 years +, which must be paid by invoice.

Towel and linen fee

The towel fee of €5/ per person per stay and the bed linen fee of €5/ per person per stay are not included.

Deposit

Upon arrival, we charge a deposit of €250 of the package price in cash. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after carefully inspecting the house’s condition.

Payment:
The contract partner is obliged to pay the deposit of 100% 60 days before arrival. To those who booked before 01/01/2023: to pay of 50% immediately and the remaining 50% 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions

A cancellation by a unilateral declaration of the contract partner is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:

Up to 60 days before the arrival day, no cancellation fees/ under 60 days before the arrival day, 100% of the total arrangement price. We will try to allow a rebooking if there are good reasons.

For those who booked before 01.01.23:

Up to 60 days before the arrival day, 50% of the total arrangement price/ under 60 days before the arrival day, 100% of the total arrangement price. We will try to allow a rebooking if there are good reasons.

Check-in / out:
The house is available on the day of arrival from 3 pm, and you will receive the keys at the house. Please inform us about your estimated time of arrival. You can leave the house on the day of departure until 10 o’clock. Please also leave a mobile number for any queries.

Further information

The house has a private road and parking directly at home. All flats have a sensational view of our beautiful Gastein valley and are a 3-minute walk from the ski bus and a 5-minute walk from the nearest ski lift.

Arriving by car

Winter tires or snow chains are mandatory in winter. We recommend both!
